An application has been submitted to Stratford on Avon District Council to vary Condition 6 attached to the Outline consent for development at Maudslay Park. The application seeks to increase the height of a limited section of the proposed Central Facilities Building (also known as the Club House). The Central Facilities Building  is the main focal point in the development and the increase in height of this single building will deliver a facility that better emulates the grandeur and scale of Great Alne Hall, which once resided on the Site. The background to the proposals and the emerging design of the Central Facilities Building can be found under the 'Proposals' tab above.  The application has been submitted after receiving support for the change from Planning Officers at Stratford on Avon District Council and receiving positive feedback following the Parish Council meeting on 03 September 2012, where the proposals were presented and discussed in detail.  The application is available to view on the District Council's website, application reference 12/02231/VARY. If you have any questions regarding the application then please e-mail lucy.stone@bartonwillmore.co.uk October 2012

Attached to the Outline planning permission are a number of planning conditions which need to be satisfied at different stages of the development through the submission of technical information to the District Council for approval.

We are currently concentrating on submitting material to satisfy conditions relating to the demolition and decontamination of the Site. Information has already been submitted to the District Council for approval in preparation of these works commencing. The District Council has gone out to consultation on the information submitted and this will include consulting with the Parish Council, as well as residents closest to the Site. August 2012
